Israel is considering expelling British, and possibly other European, officials from the US-led coordination center for post-war Gaza, officials familiar with the details confirmed to The Jerusalem Post on Thursday. According to officials, the possibility is being considered “in light of Britain’s conduct in recent months.” Britain currently has the second-largest delegation, after the United States, at the FCCC headquarters in Kiryat Gat, and the US general’s deputy in command of the force is British. “This is false,” the official told The Jerusalem Post. Last week, more than 100 former diplomats from France and Britain published and signed an open agreement. Letter accusing Israel of systematically destroying Gaza and its population.
