THE BANKS, Ohio (WKRC) – It’s official, a mini-golf course will be coming to The Banks.
Plans for an 18-hole course on Lot 18 were approved by the Cincinnati Parks board. Lot 18 is near the Filson Bar and Restaurant, which also sits on part of that lot.
Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate owns Filson and is planning the golf course.
Members of the Cincinnati Parks board unanimously approved a three-year lease for the project, which will involve the company spending $1 million to build the course.
