Police investigate a fatal shooting in northwest Albuquerque. The shooting occurred near the Oasis Event Center early Saturday morning. No one is in custody at this time. ALBUQUERQUE, NM — An investigation is underway after a man was shot and killed Saturday in northwest Albuquerque. An Albuquerque police spokesperson says the shooting occurred around 2 a.m. Saturday near the Oasis Event Center at 3700 Ellison Drive NW. Police say officers arrived at the scene and found a man who had suffered at least one gunshot wound. The victim did not survive.
