Police identify man shot, killed in NE Portland parking lot; search for suspects continues

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Authorities identified the person who was shot and killed in a Northeast Portland parking lot Tuesday night as a 30-year-old Portland man. The medical examiner ruled that Arturo Armas Jr. died of homicide due to a gunshot wound. Tuesday to reports of a shooting in a parking lot near Northeast Airport Way and Glenn Widing Drive.
