Rob Staton: I think the NFC will be another battle between the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks. I’m going to go with the Rams, simply because only two teams have repeated since the beginning of the century. I have them facing the Buffalo Bills. Josh Allen finally makes it to the big game. Hugh Ferris: One could argue that, aside from a disappointing head coaching hire, there are few reasons why the 2026 Bills will be any different than recent incarnations. However, I’m picking them to finally get over the line and make it to the Super Bowl, but they’ll still lose. It’s incredibly difficult to pick anyone other than the Rams, right? Haydn Parry: Surely the Bills can turn Allen’s talents into the showpiece of the season? Joe Brady’s promotion to head coach could prove to be the missing ingredient. From the NFC, I think the Rams are more likely to have a strong tilt this season, and I see them winning it. Joe Bradshaw: The last time the Super Bowl was at SoFi Stadium in 2022, the Rams won on home soil and appear poised to repeat next February. From the AFC, Bills quarterback Allen is surely overdue for a trip to the NFL’s biggest game, even if it will ultimately end in defeat. David Brindle: After losing Bo Nix to injury in last season’s playoffs, I hope the Denver Broncos use that as motivation and at least go further this season. As for the Rams, it’s very difficult to look beyond the consensus Super Bowl predictions. Ben Collins: Full disclosure, I had seen the above before writing this, so here are some left field picks…imagine if it’s the Los Angeles Chargers actually playing in the Super Bowl in their own stadium, and it’s former Rams quarterback Jared Goff leading Detroit to victory.
