Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase returned to the locker room with an injury in the second quarter, but the Bengals were able to finish the series with their first points of Sunday’s game against the Jaguars. A 29-yard field goal by Evan McPherson tied the score at 3-3 with 10 minutes left in the first half. The Jaguars opened the scoring with a 55-yard Cam Little field goal late in the first quarter. Chase left the game after being tackled on a four-yard reception. Jaguars defensive back Jarrian Jones grabbed Chase by the mask on the tackle and was penalized for the play. Chase was checked out in the store before returning to the locker room. The Bengals announced that Chase is being evaluated for a concussion. Chase had three receptions for 26 yards before his departure.
