The promotional images confirm that battery life remains unchanged – the smaller 41-mm model offers 30 hours of battery life, while the larger 45-mm version is expected to last 40 hours. Unsurprisingly, Google is promoting the Pixel Watch 5 primarily with Gemini AI features, most of which should also be available on the Pixel Watch 4 after the update to Wear OS 7.

An LTE modem is expected to be offered as an optional upgrade. All remaining details about the Pixel Watch 5 should be confirmed by the launch on August 12 at the latest.
