Freedom 250 Grand Prix, D.C.’s first-ever IndyCar street race, starts

With the DC streets in front of the US Capitol transformed into a race track, drivers passed the National Gallery of Art, the National Archives and other landmarks on Sunday in the Freedom 250 Grand Prix, the first IndyCar street race in the nation’s capital.
