Iowa HHS adds to list of potential measles exposure locationsOTTUMWA, Iowa —Iowa Health and Human Services is adding to its list of potential exposure locations for measles.Ottumwa is now the latest town impacted. The most recent potential exposure location is the Pizza Ranch at 1791 Venture Drive in Ottumwa, between noon and 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14.The list also includes five businesses in the Des Moines metro and two in Bloomfield. HHS says its confirmed 15 measles cases so far this year, nearly double the amount in 2025.
