JERUSALEM – Two Palestinian gunmen attacked a crossroads near Hebron on Friday, killing two Israeli soldiers and prompting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to order what he said would be the most intense military campaign in the Israeli-occupied West Bank in decades.
