Months earlier, Milania was arrested on an assault charge in New Jersey stemming from an alleged dispute. Their brush with the law is just one of many cases in which the children of “Real Housewives” stars made headlines without the help of television cameras. REALITY STAR Claims Her Daughter, 20, Had Fentanyl in Her AIRPORT BODY CAMERA SYSTEM Milania Giudice, 20, was arrested on an assault charge last month in New Jersey (Kevin Mazur). Teresa, 54, attempted to explain her daughter’s behavior during an encounter with officers at a Florida airport last month, according to body camera footage obtained by Page Six. Milania responded in the footage, saying, “Because I was tied up… I’m going to college,” before her sister Gia told her, “You’re reckless.” REALITY STAR’S SON, 15, CHARGED WITH 7 COUNTS ARISING OUT OF ALLEGED ASSAULT It’s unclear when exactly the fentanyl incident occurred and what substance Milania was allegedly given or who she believed was responsible. At the beginning of the body camera footage obtained by Page Six, Milania could be heard requesting to speak to her mother. An officer asked Milania to sit back down and reminded her that she was “not in control of the situation.” The “RHONJ” star shared a lengthy statement on social media Monday after the body camera footage was released. Milania appeared on several episodes of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” with her mother, Teresa. (Manny Carabel) “As a mother, there is nothing more important to me than the health, safety and well-being of my children,” she wrote. “The last few months have been incredibly difficult for our family, and I feel it is important to say something while also protecting my daughter during an extremely vulnerable time in her life.” The “RHONJ” star explained that Milania had “experienced tremendous heartbreak and significant psychological trauma after losing two of her best friends,” but was making sure she was “surrounded by love, family, support and the care she needs.” Milania pleaded not guilty in June to a simple assault charge in New Jersey following her arrest the previous month. According to Page Six, his next court hearing has been postponed until December 1. ‘PIONEER WOMAN’ REE DRUMMOND’S SON ARRESTED ON DRUG, ASSAULT CHARGES KJ Biermann, 15, was charged last month with child abuse and multiple counts of sexual assault against a child under 16, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital. A grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia, indicted KJ (whose full name is Kroy Jagger) on a total of seven counts, which also included aggravated sodomy and one count of false imprisonment. Kim Zolciak’s 15-year-old son, KJ Biermann, was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault and aggravated sodomy stemming from an alleged incident in April. (Alpharetta Police Department) REALITY STAR SAYS ‘RHOC’ COST HER MARRIAGE AS DAUGHTER SHUNS SHOWS AFTER MILITARY HUSBAND PORTRAIT The son of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann was arrested in August and initially charged with two felonies stemming from an alleged April incident, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital. Zolciak previously denied the allegations leveled against her son in a statement provided to Fox News Digital. KJ was granted $200,000 bail in September. KJ is the eldest son of Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak. The former couple also has Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12. Biermann adopted Zolciak’s daughters, Ariana and Brielle, from a previous relationship. The two have each filed for divorce in 2023 after 11 years of marriage. KJ Biermann is the eldest son of former reality star couple Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak. Bryant was previously arrested in May for allegedly failing to pay court-ordered child support, violating probation and failing to appear, the outlet reported. His probation violation stemmed from a previous case in which authorities claimed Bryant was found with fentanyl. Bryant allegedly provided his younger brother’s name during the raid and was sentenced to 12 months of probation for giving a false name, in addition to being ordered to complete 40 hours of community service, undergo a substance abuse evaluation, and pay a $500 fine.
