This marks the 16th edition of the Presidents Cup and another notable event held at Medinah Country Club, Course No. 3. It has hosted the Ryder Cup in 2012, two PGA Championships and three US Opens. The international team takes a three-point lead (10.5-7.5) into Sunday’s singles after eight matches were played on Saturday between four Fourball matches in the morning and four Foursomes matches in the afternoon. The late exchanges by the all-Canadian duo of Corey Conners, Nick Taylor, Ryan Fox and Min Woo Lee secured the Internationals a 2-2 split in Foursomes following the US team’s 2.5-1.5 Four-ball victory. This is the first time in the history of the event that the International Team has taken the lead on Sunday while playing on foreign soil.
