When asked by The Canadian Press if he is concerned about Europe’s warnings about Russia’s upcoming measures, the minister says it is difficult to “take in all the data,” but Ottawa is closely monitoring the situation. In recent days, some NATO members have taken precautions against the prospect of Russian attacks on Ukraine’s supply lines in Europe.
